I purchased this Wade Logan sofa for approximately $3,000 and expected a piece of furniture at this price point to be repairable if something eventually failed. Unfortunately, once the one-year warranty expired, Wayfair essentially washed its hands of the product. I contacted Wayfair because I am willing to PAY for the replacement parts needed to repair the sofa. I am not asking for free parts or warranty coverage. Wayfair told me they cannot provide replacement parts because too much time has passed since delivery. When I asked for the manufacturer’s contact information so I could purchase the parts directly, I was told they are not authorized to provide it for “privacy and security reasons.” This is particularly frustrating because Wade Logan is a Wayfair-owned brand. I asked Wayfair either to provide a way to purchase the parts or contact the actual manufacturer/supplier on my behalf. Consumers should know that once the warranty expires, there may be no practical way to obtain replacement parts or even contact the company that actually manufactured the furniture. Had I known that a $3,000 sofa could effectively become unsupported after one year, I would not have purchased it.

The sofa is gorgeous and functional.

Reclining love seat! White leather. Love it. It’s made well with motorized controls on both sides. Perfect for watching a movie, relaxing after a long day. Putting your feet up!
