Canapé-lit Bartho

This sofa is absolutely beautiful. Clean lines and elegant. Once pulled out is a little smaller than it seems on the pictures, but I could have paid better attention to the measurements. The problem I had with this sofa was all in the delivery. As a full delivery item, the expectation is that you will be notified of arrival day and time, and the delivery crew will take it to the appropriate room and assemble it. Instead, the delivery crew gave me little notice or communication about the day and time and ended up leaving it in front of my house, unassembled and wrapped in all kinds of materials, including a gigantic blanket that I still don’t know what to do with. We took it up the stairs, by the way it is extremely heavy, and we tried to assemble it, after all, I assemble all kinds of things all the time. For some reason, the sofa arms are very difficult to lock in so I had to call to get the delivery people to come back. To make a long story short, it took five long phone calls with customer service, I left three voicemails (no call backs), took two days off from work for two no shows, the date was cancelled twice without my knowledge, and even the final time of arrival was different than agreed upon on call number 4 and confirmed on call number 5. The gentlemen who finally came were lovely and took care of things in minutes but the process was very painful and frustrating.

Such a gorgeous couch! Love the sleeper pull out addition! Size is perfect for 2-3 people. Goes well with my new pillow decor! Material will definitely last a long time! 1010
