Because of how the cushions are, the couch has a slightly downward slope. This was easy to solve getting some 1" furniture raisers and just put them under the front to tilt the couch back a bit.

I LOVE this sofa. So cute. Very heavy. I cannot move it now that it is put together. So, plan to leave it where you build it.

The sofa is great. My only issue is when it was delivered they cut through the sofa when opening the packing.
