I received a defective sofa from the beginning. The chaise and the main sofa were different colors, and the screw hole was damaged. However, the bigger issue was the customer service. When I called, the options they offered were: 1. Partial compensation of $140, which is less than one-tenth of the original price. They delivered a defective sofa and offered a meager compensation. 2. Replacement of the chaise. But I couldn't be satisfied with that either because I would have to spend time assembling the new chaise, disposing of the box, and cleaning up the dust again. 3. Full return. Why should I return the sofa I waited for and paid for, which I liked? I cannot understand why I should have to return it. They showed no sincerity or compensation for the additional energy and time I would have to spend. Even the manager, Maria, dealt with me in a very business-like manner and showed no remorse for my frustration. Everything about this experience has been disappointing: the defective sofa, my time, physical labor, and emotional energy. A company of this size treating its customers like this is unacceptable, and I hope they face the consequences for their actions.

Beautiful sectional, quality and modern.

I received my couch today period half of it is cobalt and half of it is White! What a disappointment.

It’s fantastic! Firm but yet comfortable. If you’re looking for a sectional this is the way to go!

Very high end couch for price. The cushions are very firm. Love the adjustable head rests to give it a low profile. Good quality leather and craftsmanship.
