I’m giving this product a five star review because I don’t wanna take away the ingenuity beyond the design and production of this sectional . It’s simply beautiful and meets expectations . That said , Wayfair must try to do better with their customer service representation . They are simply below standards for such a company . Very rude and unprofessional . Ordered this sectional and had to wait half a year to get it . Very frustrating . Wayfair kept pushing the delivery date forward without giving me a concrete explanation . After keeping my money for months customer service started convincing me to cancel the sale and get a refund .For what reason I don’t know and when I declined to do so I got an altitude every time .
