Very happy with this product! Beyond expectations. Good quality, well built, confortable, great color (ginger).

Our kids love it, the pets love the ledge and my husband was pleasantly surprised! It’s not hard to clean at all, my only qualm is that whatever the inner casing of the back cushions is, is very thin and almost paper like, so you just need to be careful taking the case off. And the threads do come out pretty easily but we do have two cats so that’s probably on me! Other than that we love it!

had issues with fedex shipping my couch, when the couch arrived, i was worried that it would be damaged since the boxes came wet heavily damaged. at first i was discouraged at assembling since the cushions looked flat and the couch was stiff but I decided to add memory foam into the cushion and fluff up the cushion, now they are comfy and the couch grew on me and i am in love with my couch. Overall, didn’t appareciate how difficult fedex was, they had sent the couch in 6 pieces - personally it should have arrived in all one go but at the same time i understand why it had to be sent in 6 pieces. Other than that, if you go for this couch - be prepared to diy the cushions to be more comfortable
