Canapé modulaire en cuir Bucurel

I purchased this sectional in September, and the "genuine leather" is wearing off of it at the seams. This is such a disappointment, as I expected better quality from Wayfair. I am requesting action on Wayfair's behalf.

I just received my leather sectional and ottoman. It is great BUT the furniture is very stiff (hoping it will loosen up). The free pillows are thoughtful but awful! I called in advance and asked if this is genuine leather all around. The answer was “yes”. If the sides and back are leather, it is a different grade leather, which is fine. They match. The texture is not as smooth. Delivery experience was excellent. Ntheotheleather.

Came out the box with scratches. NOT THE FAULT OF THE DELIVERY TEAM. Disappointed with that and super surprised at the knock off LV pillows that were included. That was strange…

This is a beautiful sectional. Measure carefully, including the arms because it is large. Both seat and back cushions are attached. Just a little surprise since the descriptions for many of the sectionals are lacking information. The color was something I was not sure about since the color in the photos vary. But it’s perfect - not too brown and not too orange. Exactly what I was hoping for. The throw pillows are designer fakes but I can use the inserts and add my own pillow covers. Overall I’m very pleased with it and hope to have it for many years to come.

Very comfortable seating for a large group. Easy to assemble.
