Chaise d'appoint en bois massif Lucia (Ensemble de 2)

We’ve had these chairs for almost 5 years now, they have been sturdy and the fabric is soooo easy to keep clean with a little warm water and whatever furniture upholstery cleaner you have on hand.

UPDATE nearly 5 months later and as you can see the seat of the chair has broken. I will be contacting customer service about some sort of refund or replacement. This is insane These chairs were not easy to assemble. Some of the holes didn’t come pre-drilled and we had to do ourselves. The hardest part was the chair seat... it didn’t have holes so getting all the chair seats to align and be exact was really annoying. There’s obvious gaps where the screws are in. It’s just disappointing. We’re gonna keep them and make them work because overall I do like them, but if you pay close attention to details you can see the imperfections and that low key bothers me.

It took us MONTHS to get this part of our order. The first box they sent us, included the incorrect parts so we could not assemble. Then the distributor wouldn’t send replacements because it was apparently out of warranty. After explaining it wasn’t a warranty issue, they had sent us incorrect parts, we were ignored! It took over 10 different email and phone conversations to get this delivered. Trash customer service.

Like the chair, but one arrived damaged. wayfarer is great with returns

They are nice to look at but the seats are very thing and not sturdy. 14 that we’ve bought is bending I half and the others are lumpy from the foam not being secured properly.
