Design is very nice but all 6 chairs we ordered have issues. Joints where wood was glued fall apart! Even before assembly. Back cushion rest screws way too short so when it catches on the wood, it doesnt get to make firm threads.

These chairs are stable and will work for my needs, but there were many inconsistencies in the engineering between each chair, making them very difficult to assemble.update- these chairs fell apart with our very first guests at our Airbnb and Wayfair will not honour any warranty outside of 30 days. I hope no one purchases these because you will waste hundreds of dollars. If I could give them -5 stars I would.

A missed opportunity for your customer service. Product is also of very poor quality. Screws would not bite into the seat and back, unable to use. I have removed the App from my devices and would not recommend to anybody. Very unhappy.

I bought an open box but its not fair for you to pay for two chairs that arrived broken..

The chair is cute but i have quality concerns. Assembly is also bit tedious for people who don’t have drillerscrew driver. Unlike other reviews tho I didn’t see and nail or broken legs issue
