I never write reviews, but I bought this chair because the reviews seemed great, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. First, the chair was not easy to assemble. More importantly, after less than an hour of use, I could already tell it was not going to be comfortable for my 9–5 desk job. My body was aching after sitting in it, even after adding a pillow for extra support. The seat is very hard and lacks support, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit in for any extended period of time. On top of that, the chair would not stay at my preferred height. I repeatedly found it lowering itself to the lowest setting without any prompting. Overall, this chair was a huge disappointment. I would NOT recommend this chair to anyone, especially if you plan to use it for long hours at a desk.
