Relatively attractive piece, however it was damaged upon delivery with the back panel severely cracked due to material handling during shipping and/or storage. The box was crushed in on one side which was a clue. The item is heavy and the thin cushioning between the unit and the box sides is insufficient. Not a proponent of extra Styrofoam, but something could be engineered to better protect the piece during shipping. Molded corrugated cardboard pieces at the corners that allow for a larger box size maybe? Also, the large bottom file drawer catches on the bottom of the frame opening so it does not close smoothly. The top beveled decorative side rail on the left was not glued in place with much precision and is skewed off to the side in front. Definitely not worth the price. Remains to be seen what the manufacturer will do. It seems Wayfair is distancing themselves from responsibility and directing me to deal with the manufacturer.

I could not ask for a better quality cabinet. Every single person that has seen it in my house has loved it. They want to know where I got it. I absolutely love it. I was amazed at how many files this cabinet will hold. So amazed that I had to come back and update my review to let others know that it holds a large amount of file storage.

Just got this today. Looks nice but the lateral file drawer won't close and is also missing file bars on the L side of the file. Waiting to return it. Picture shows how far the file drawer can close shut (Hardly!). No way to smoothly pull it in and out like the top drawer, which seems fine. The other picture is the file with only the right side usable. I'm pretty upset about this. Also, the packing material styrofoam is all over my house- no easy way to get the item out without disintegrating the packing material. I hope they are all not like this one.
