Commode 5 tiroirs Aracelia

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an order I placed for two dressers. One of the dressers arrived defective, and after spending over 8 hours assembling it, the drawers do not open properly. I contacted your customer service team and spoke with an agent who offered two resolutions: sending replacement glides or providing a partial refund. However, I have not received the replacement glides. Instead, I received a call informing me that the glides would not be sent, and there was no follow-up email as promised. As a result, I am now stuck with a dresser that has multiple non-functional drawers.

Great drawer! Simple and modern!

So cheap and flimsy. It looks nice from a distance so I gave it 2 stars but every time I open a drawer I get angry all over again at what a mistake purchase this was. It's the worst piece of furniture I've ever bought.

Great product. The wood feels nice. Drawers a bit clunky, hoping that does not become a major issue. The drawers are a bit smaller in height than I had anticipated, so many sure you also check the height and not just width depth!

What a gorgeous dresser this is! Assembly was easy and the five drawers give me so much extra space. Highly recommended.
