Missing parts. The website will not allow me to submit a claim about the missing parts. Cannot fully use the product without all pieces.

Save your money. These are super unstable and wonky. The drawer tracks also do not stay on with the screws that come with it. They strip out almost immediately so as a result these drawers regularly fall off the track. We are just going to deal with them until we can replace them. We ended up reinforcing some of the pieces with additional screws.

It was a bit tedious to build (long process!), but it feels solid and good quality. We hope it will last many years.

I love the dresser. It looks so good in my boys room it. Although after some time the drawer slides messed up. Probably due to too many clothes in the drawer.
