Panel D came damaged ( cracked in the middle ) The company offered to send replacement part free of charge which also came damaged. Wayfair offered to refund 25 percent ( and for me to keep damaged item ) or ship me replacement item for free -and arrange for FedEx pick up of old item for which I would have to take a day off work ( window for pick up was from 8 AM- 6 PM) or drag send it myself( item is heavy and I would have to borrow a car) which is a hassle. I lost faith that product will arrive not damaged again and decided to at least recover 25 percent of the cost. Further, product does not seem to be well made and looks much darker than in the advertising pics.I had a lot of hope about this product but in the end it did not work out for me.

It looks terrific in our front bay window and it holds a lot of records. It worked well for what we needed. That said, it is very cheaply made. When it arrived the legs looked like they had stickers on them for the “veneer”. I guess it really is a get what you pay for purchase.

Took a little longer than anticipated to put together, but it was fairly straight forward. Fits my 65” TV well. Overall, decent quality for the price.
