1st Delivery - The Frame on two items ( Love seat and sofa) were bent that one recliner on each side was not extending or retracting all the way. Very disappointed with company - now I have to wait 3 more weeks And I’m not paying for another installation and assembly fee. 2nd Delivery - Two items were MISSING!! Item 1 “C” middle section from Love-seat missing. See picture. Item 2 “B” left side of item B that slides into meddle slide bar missing. See picture.

Extremely happy with the quality and solid structure of these couches and chair. The leather is soft and the stitching is sturdy.

The chair recliner broke within 6 months. The quality is poor. There is only a 30 day warranty and no manufacturers warranty.

This set is very beautiful. The electric recliner is a very nice added on. I love the electric recliner because one can reclined half ways, if one just needs to lift one’s foot off the floor a bit, but not all the way up. With a manual recliner one foot has to be fully up or fully down. The material is soft. However, it is not genuine leather it is plastic fabricated together to look like leather. If one can remember the first time bathroom set back that when washed and put in the dryer the white or crème looking plastic back would leave in the dryer. That is exactly the type of material fabricated together with color to make this set. I returned mine. I received my set with a lot of cracks and holes.
