J'ai reçu la table avec une dégât, j'ai envoyé une photo pour montrer le dommage mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. J'ai également fait une autre réclamation concernant les chaises que j'avis reçu auparavant pour la table dont quatre ont un défaut d'équilibre. J'ai reçu une description de ce qu'il fallait essayer de faire pour corriger les défauts mais cela n'a pas fonctionné.

Absolutely in love with this! Very sturdy

We tried to return the item as it doesn't if our door, the table is not properly disassembled. So we tried to return the item. And after 40 min on the phone with a useless agent we got to know that this item is apparently non refundable, even if we haven't use it at all. Horrible company, according to their policy they allow you to have a 30 days return policy "except a few items", they never specify in the order that we can not return this item. We are raising a complaint with legal and expect that this company does not continue with this business practices for us and other customers.
