Better than anticipated! I wanted a reclining chair that was not bulky to watch Tvplay video games. The material is soft, the seat is firm but comfortable, the back cushion is even more comfortable and the head rest has enough padding too. It reclines easily and while in recline position fits my height (I’m 5ft 9in tall) where the foot rest ends about 2 inches from my ankles for me it feels good. It reclines further into almost flat, perfect for dozing off. The arm rest is rather thin, you can push into it and feel the frame quite quickly but to just rest your elbows or arms it feels ok. It’s the easiest assembly I’ve had so far very few parts. My only warning would be for taller people that want to recline on it the foot rest would end up higher on the legs and that could be not as comfortable. Overall a solid purchase.

I was searching for a chair that was smaller scale to create a reading corner in my dining area. I wanted a recliner, but not a plush one. This one turned out to be perfect. I ordered the neutral fabric, the wood trim matches my espresso side table and dining room table. It wasn't very difficult to assemble, it took me about 45 minutes...as usual no step by step instructions, only pictures to guide you through the assembly process. You have to lean back to recline, and to make the foot rest go up, you must recline (slightly) to use the footrest but you do not have to fully recline (all the way back) to utilize the footrest so it still works for sitting in a position conducive to reading. This is a smaller scale chair, so typically an ideal choice to use in a bedroom, office, secondary (accent) in a living-room, or specialty purpose...not in your TV room as your "go-to" "cozy" chair for winding down at night...the seat is firm and supportive.

It's a bit narrow, it's hard to push back. It was pretty cheap though, so worth it.

Love the color (orange) and the size. The fabric attaching the footstool part started to rip the first time I used it. Also the design is such that if the foot area gets dirty it is very evident.

It assembled really easily and it so comfortable to sit in.
