We have the identical recliner purchased through a local retailer, but under the CatNapper brand. We loved the recliner, so wanted to get another. The Bangye recliner purchased through Wayfair has made a loud footrest motor noise since delivery. Multiple attempts to get this addressed have been unsuccessful. We are very frustrated with our purchase through Wayfair.
