I bought this chair for my “wise” mother, and we wanted something special—unique, stylish, and not old-fashioned. After narrowing down our options, we chose this one, and I couldn’t be happier. She absolutely loves it and spends hours relaxing and watching TV in it. The color is perfect; I debated between saddle and navy, but the muted blue-grey looks even better in person. It fits her perfectly and pairs wonderfully with her favorite heated blanket. Two very minor notes: I plan to add LED lighting to make it even better, and because my mom is five-two-and-a-half (and yes, the half absolutely matters — especially at the doctor’s office), the chair fits her perfectly. I’d just recommend double-checking the dimensions to be sure it’s a good fit for your height. Overall, the chair is comfortable, distinctive, and brings her so much joy, which makes it worth every bit.
