This is a bang for your buck type of purchase. We purchased this for my elderly mother to replace her fabric recliner. She is 5 ft tall and it deep for her but she likes it. Her favorite feature is the heat. The only drawback is the two remotes and having to get used to mainly a 6 button remote from prior a 2 button remote. It is comfy for a nap and sleeping. It does offer many massage levels. The lift feature works as it should and gets her on her feet. One note to mention if you are purchasing this for an elderly person....the motors are slow and the foot rest could be a little higher. If your elderly loved one has issues with urgency or needs to have their feet well elevated, this may not be the chair for them. We have also had several family members try this out...a 6 ft tall man, broad shoulders...loved the heat and massage and features to control head, back and feet differently. A woman, about 5 ft 7 inch also found it comfortable and liked the several features. If you are short, like me, 5'4", and need lumbar support, it may not be the chair for you. It does come with a lumbar pillow but it is up to your preference if you want to feel that support immediately if when you sit down or you want that pillow. We purchased for $540 sale price. Arrived quickly and in tact. Assembly was fairly straight forward, but you have to really review them to attache the power supply and remotes accordingly. It took about a half hour with two people since some of the parts can be heavy. The color is nice and the wide arms and cup holders are a plus. I can't give it a full 5 stars but it is pretty comfy overall, and likely it won't be returned.

Be chair ever. Too quality leather, super sturdy, multiple positions, ultra comfortable and beautiful. Purchased for my mom. She loves it and won’t get out it. Very satisfied with this well priced purchase.

When we received, the item was damaged because the package was damaged . We try to fixed. The Recliner is not comfortable for seniors .

Absolutely love this chair - I was a little worried that it would be too orange but no, it’s a beautiful golden brown color. Soft, thick leather that smells amazing!

Chair is very comfortable and works well. The sit to stand function is very helpful and just what we were looking for. The camel color is nice.
