These chairs are good quality, swivel well, and super easy to put together. I just got them so I’m hopeful they will wear well. So far I’m happy about the purchase!

I received 4 Wade Logan chairs & ottoman in camel leather. They don’t match AT ALL. I know that leather is natural product may have variation but that is not the problem. I have a lot of leather furniture and what I received is not normal. Nor is the quality of the leather. I ensured was genuine leather, not faux. Friends & neighbors who saw this were shocked. When does real leather have cloth on back?! It was faux we all were sure. Online they stated& looked great. These were not like your website presented. I thought I could trust Wade Logan and Wayfair. I know an outlet like your representing different retailers can get caught selling inferior product. It happens. Reason upset with Wayfair not only have work of repackaging heavy items but the to have to pay to return for poor quality. Look at website photos & then color & quality of received chair. Besides color, you can see the back cushion is limp & not supportive like website indicates. You can also see I have ordered over years & I am happy with past purchases. Not this one. What was upsetting is lack of empathy of reps at call center & lack of satisfactory resolution. They just kept repeating same script. Their rational on calculating return shipping charges wasn’t even logical. Because ordering format was ordering 4 of same item (chairs) those 4 big boxes was $85. charge. The matching ottoman of course had separate order line so it was another $85 for little box. Does that make sense?! If I was returning for any reason other than inferior product, I could understand being charged BUT to pay almost $200 that is ridiculous. You may have won the resolution but lost a customer. You have also lost friends and neighbors when they realized return charges even if order wrong. I asked escalation process but told call center supervisor would contact me in 10 days — like that will help. I have taken the hit but NEVER again. Next step is social media and consumer report complaint. It least can warn others.
