Purchased as a substitute for accent chair that was discontinued. Pros: Chair style is very cute, and appears to me to fall somewhere between modern and traditional. Size is excellent for my small living room. Seat width is ample for standard female frame (about 2" additional space on both sides), seat depth is a little deep for petite height, fabric is medium weight with tight weave, and I was impressed with how tightly it fit over the chair frame. Low arms provide excellent elbow room for knitting, while still allowing a comfortable elbow perch. Seat cushion is very firm, but not uncomfortable. Assembly is nothing more than screwing on the 4 legs, which are conveniently stored in a little zippered pouch under the seat. Chair arrived undamaged in a cardboard box with no padding inside, and the box was easily moved into my home with no help. Inside the box, the chair was completely encased in a fabric wrapper to avoid soiling. Cons: Weave texture is discernible, with very pale beige tones in the cream, however, color is about as close to blah as you can get, so will go with anything and can be accessorized. Some color/pattern choices would be a huge asset to this chair. Since the price was relatively low, I'm considering doing some stenciling with fabric paint to bring in a bit of "accent" color and interest. Upholstery has some slight inconsistencies: seat cushion seam line has a very slight downward drop at one corner, arm fronts are not entirely uniform, with one side being a little wider than the other, and button tufting is slightly out of alignment. After several days, small puckers in the fabric began to form in the curved area of the upper arm. None of these things detract a great deal from the chair, and probably won't be noticed by anyone but me. Backrest has no lumbar support and is decidedly uncomfortable, making a small pillow necessary; something the size of a travel pillow seems to fit well. I like the size, style, and feel of the chair and will be keeping it. You get what you pay for, and despite minor inconsistencies, I feel this chair is a good addition to my room, and definitely meets the value to price ratio.

Great little chair for my music studio. This is for parents to sit in during lessons, so no more than an hour and I think that’s probably as long as you’d want to sit in this. The seat is firm and feels springy. The fabric is soft and smooth . The legs are a nice honey brown. My only complaint would be the back being a bit too low, other than that, it’s perfect for a bedroom corner or for someone to sit in for short amounts of time.

This is a perfect chair for the bedroom or any small space … it’s plenty big but doesn’t overwhelm the space… I love it so much I may get a matching one for the other side of the room. It was very easy to put together… only had to screw in the legs. Very quick shipping!
