This island was perfect for my kitchen with smaller footprint

This island is well made and good quality. However, it did come damaged with a large crack along one entire side of marble. I opted not to exchange the island for a new one because it's extremely heavy and it was incredibly stressful and difficult to get into the house. Wayfair refused to offer white glove service for this item, which is crazy considering it's 475lbs and over 600lbs with the packaging. They will only leave it outside your front door. I would have happily paid white glove delivery, because it's necessary for this item. Although I was prepared and hired a professional mover to help bring the island into the house, Wayfair changed the 4 hour window drop off time the morning of the delivery and the professional mover was then not available to do the job. I had to pay a large cancellation fee and then had to pay a 2nd mover to bring it inside the home. If I hadn't been able to hire the 2nd mover, I would have had to leave the island outside overnight! There is packaging under the island too, so they needed dollies and other equipment to get it in place. It's a big job that requires 3-4 strong people. Overall, this was not a good experience and I would not buy furniture from Wayfair again if they didn't offer a white glove service option on the item.

Received our very heavy and substantial kitchen island this afternoon, and was very pleased. It matches our cabinets and countertops beautifully, and gives us the much needed extra counter space we were looking for. Love the inside cabinet space and the drawers for extra utensils, and especially the soft closures on the drawers and doors. I think we will enjoy this island for a long time to come. It's quality, and we are very satisfied. Edit: It has been almost a year that I've had this cabinet. Unfortunately the top of the counter has developed numerous water, and various liquid stains that I can't remove. There are no color stains, but just like "shadow" stains that seem to be embedded in the manufactured marble top. The top is perfectly clean, and I have never used a harsh or abrasive cleaner on it, so there are no scratches of any kind. Don't know if the original surface was not sealed, or what, but I've tried numerous mild cleaners, and even WD-40 to remove these spots, but nothing seems to work. Everything else about the cabinet is great , and I still love it, but I just can't get these "stain spots" off the top of the counter.

This is beautiful and it fits perfectly in my kitchen quality and delivered with care
