The fabric is damaged on both sides and all the wood slats are cut so roughly that I got splinter. Some of them looked they have been soaked in water. Just buy straight from Modloft. Also, the customer service has been so frustrating that they keep on delaying the return process. 3 giant boxes are sitting in my living room...so frustrating.
