Very solid and heavy piece! The fabric is soft and looks expensive. Highly recommend

The bed arrived with the wrong railpart, making proper assembly impossible. This was not caused by shipping damage or customer error—it was a manufacturing or packaging mistake. After contacting customer service, I was told the replacement part is unavailable and may take 2–3 months to restock. My options were to wait months, find a compatible part myself, or return the bed. What makes this even more frustrating is that I am expected to pay return shipping costs for a defective product that arrived incorrect from the start. Customers should not bear the financial burden of a company’s quality control issues. The bed looks nice, but the product arrived unusable, the resolution offered was inadequate, and the return process is unfair. I cannot recommend this product or this buying experience.

Beautiful bed and easy to put together. Had some issues with missing hardware but customer service sent out new stuff right away.
