This product arrived very quickly it was packaged securely in four separate boxes. Everything was very organized and protected which immediately gave us confidence in the quality of the product. My husband was able to assemble the bed in a couple of hours, and while he does needed a second person at certain points (that was me!), the process was much easier than we expected. As long as you take your time and follow the steps carefully, it is completely manageable to put together yourself. One thing to keep in mind is that this Murphy bed does need to be securely mounted to the wall, so you definitely want to decide exactly where, you wanted it to be before installation. Once assembled and secured, it feels incredibly sturdy and very well-made. When the bed is folded up it looks like a beautiful cabinet or modern piece of furniture. The top easily could be used for decor, books, or other items, so it blends seamlessly into the room instead of looking like a hidden bed. Overall, this Murphy bed is very stylish, comfortable, functional, sturdy, and a fantastic solution for saving space without sacrificing comfort.
