This was the worst online experience I have ever had. The bed was "lost" and took 9 days longer than the anticipated delivery date. My Wayfair representative was extremely helpful in investigating the matter. The bed arrived with a broken draw, 3 separate sets of instructions and incorrectly labeled hardware pieces. It took two of us 5 hours to assemble. We normally don't an issues with assembling furniture but this bed has so many holes that were misaligned, we struggled with just about every piece. Make sure you have a power tool as my thumb became so bruised from the allen wrench they provided to assemble the bed. Everything was pictures and arrows so small that we had to break out the magnifying glass. In the end, the bed is comfortable and does what I wanted except for the fact that the head board has velcro that the pillows secure to. This makes it totally unattractive if you want to adjust the pillows to a lower setting as the pictures imply can be done.
