I received the email about the delivery. I drove 4 hours to be there for the delivery. I responded to the text that I was home and above the age of 18. I received a text confirmation the driver (Antonio Nunez) was on the way. I was home and waiting. Then I received a text that they were unable to deliver the order. I call the number to determine why and I was told the driver tried to call (which never happened), and I asked why would the driver call me. I added the gate code to the instructions and the driver never tried to look my name up in the director. NO CALLED ME. I then was told I would need to reschedule delivery. That was not possible. I then demanded to get the bed off the truck and they finally agreed and my husband went to get the bed. The driver told him he could not deliver because dispatch told him “I WAS SLEEPING”. The whole white glove delivery and assembly was a complete joke! I received a refund for delivery of $79.98. That did not cover the gas and payment for the person who had to put it together. Very disappointing after tens of thousands of dollars ordered on Perigold to have this experiences.

great bed i love it

Love this bed

I purchased this bed open box and was sent the headboard only. Wayfair refunded my purchase. My review reflects the quality of the product. I can’t speak to the rest of the bed but the quality of the headboard is very nice. The headboard is HEAVY and substantial. The sewing on the upholstery is well done. My only complaint is that I wish the tufting was a little more plushfilled.

Bed is not bad, but arrived damaged
