The chaise lounge is exactly what I wanted. The quality is excellant and the delivery process was outstanding. The chaise is very comforable and the gray color I ordered was exactly as expected. Also, the original delivery wasn't expected until April and we got it in February.

Dear Wayfair, There are no words to express my disappointment. The First delivery came with a hole in the back of the sofa. So a alleged new sofa was ordered. I have waited many months for the delivery of this small sofa. It arrived two days ago I was elated with joy. It Fit perfect the size was spot on! Finally, it was happening. The guys who made the delivery were very nice. They took off wrap. There were some scratches/marks on the back of the sofa, but they assured me that they will go away in day I said ok. See picture What I did not noticed until the next morning when the sun was bright outside, the arm looks like a different shade the seams look dirty attach it pictures to show you the different shade After all this time that I have patiently waited, shame on you for sending an item that is not pristine after seeing my images do you think I will ever shop in Wayfair? I politely ask you if you were me would you shop at Wayfair. In hope that you can make good in your product. I Think you do not want me to rate this stained sofa.
