The product arrived broken. I was told it would take two weeks for the replacement part, so I am returning the entire TV stand. The crazy part is that customer service told me I would have to take this heavy TV stand to FedEx for a return. Wow! But the nice lady put an order to have the defective TV stand picked up. Terrible experience.

Very nice and straight forward to put together. The top piece arrived damaged, they shipped a replacement.

TV stand arrived so damaged that FedEx did not deliver it but sent text that they returned to company. After contacting Wayfair it was determined that a replacement would be shipped to me. After weeks with no shipping date I again contacted Wayfair. I was told they had no record of replacement so would reorder another replacement and cancel the first replacement order. Replacement arrived last week. Today another one was delivered. Another hassle trying to find out what to do with this one only to be told to keep it. That being said, this is just an okay product. I expected better for the amount I paid for it. Directions were not good. Parts had stickers with ABC etc on them and when removing a sticker the wood colored paper came off the shelf as well. Would not purchase again.

It’s an ok tv stand. I should have bought one with doors. There were scratches on the table top. The instructions are ok but doesn’t tell where the small H piece need to go. The fireplace doesn’t have screws to be connected to stand. Overall ok with lights and fireplace but could have purchased a better product with this amount of money.

Such a lovely addition to my living room! Love the size, storage and the cozy ambiance of the fire place!!
