Très beau!

Let me start by wow! Not in a good way… I am so so angry and disappointed. Not that the actual ottoman set isn’t nice, it really is! I got them for my Mom and you’ll see my pictures. ** After all that happened l, I ended up with a discount! I got the ottomans cleaned and I did a bit of my own artwork and turned the smaller one in to somewhat of a possible display table on the flip side. I hid every scratch on the original tray on the flip side of the larger ottoman, I used my acrylic paint and then polyurethaned them both. Mom loves them, family and friends are commenting, so a not so delightful situation turned out pretty great. I have updated pictures! the heart to return them, my Mom has glaucoma and while my issues may be minor, these should have been discounted big time or open box or whatever. First off, which I don’t have a picture for because I was running around grabbing wet rags and lint brushes as these ottomans were covered in cat or dog hair! I love both, but we are all allergic especially my Son! Everyone was tearing and swelling up in around the eyes! I had to spray a rag with Lysol and gently go over them. I didn’t tell Mom anything, she thought maybe there were fumes that we couldn’t smell from the construction truck that was parked out front for 15 minutes blocking my driveway, ughhhh what a day! Then someone painted a small area of one of the legs of the smaller stool with white paint where they apparently scratched it! The bigger stool is also did not go unscathed by whoever decided to use and abuse these before they sent them back. The seat cushions turns over in to a wood tray and the tray is cracked in a strange way on the rim and the table itself has scratches! The scratches had to be a cat or dog with all the fuzz that was all over the ottomans. I don’t blame the animals, I blame the owners! and I blame Wayfair’s quality assurance folks if there are any, these should have been inspected before shipping them out someone! I’m really upset and I’m going to call and speak to someone at Wayfair maybe they can discount them, I don’t know but I paid for something new and should have gotten it! Mommy really loved these when she saw them she was excited to see them in place after this whole fiasco, thank God she was on the porch having coffee with my neighbor and she didn’t witness any of this, but kept wondering why everyone but Barbara , the dog Mom next door was in full on allergic reaction mode! I don’t know, I may have to tell her if I decide to send them back for a new pair, I’ll point out everything and tell her about the hair and why we were all watery eyed, itchy and sneezing all of a sudden. I hope Wayfair does the right thing, I’m a good honest customer. I almost forgot the dead bug! My Son picked it off the cover of the large ottoman cover right out of the bag! I was in total shock with this entire experience. Never happened to me from Wayfair or anywhere! I’m really upset…

Great storage space and doesn’t take up too much room. Looks clean and elegant in space. Great material, easy to assemble. Great value!! Love the tray as well!
