The description clearly states that this item comes with white glove delivery and assembly service. First delivery attempt on 12/4/23, but the delivery team noticed before delivering that the warehouse had not scheduled enough time for assembly. Second attempt on 12/6/23 with the same issue. Third attempt scheduled for 12/8/23, but the night before the warehouse noticed that the package was severely damaged and parts were missing. They sent the table back. Fourth attempt with a brand new package on 12/19, but despite texts and emails promising delivery AND assembly, once again not enough time had been allotted. At least we kept the package at my house. After calling Wayfair repeatedly, they told me the vendor had made a mistake when describing the item. The Wayfair team would not be able to assemble. They would refer me to a third-party company. But - I would have to pay for assembly. I refused, the price included assembly after all. The associate at Wayfair tried twice to connect me with the third-party vendor but was incapable of establishing a three-way call. I still haven't heard back from them. After having this huge packet blocking our large family room for over three weeks including Christmas, we decided to assemble it ourselves (and deal with Wayfair afterwards). Turns out, the manufacturer does not believe they should include building instructions. After endless searching online, we found a short manual online, but it does not clearly state which screws to use where and with what kind of washers, locking and standard washers were included in the tool bag. In the end, the table is up, but more wobbly than any table I have ever seen. Ridiculous. Wayfair will here from me! The table itself looks good, but I don't like the fact that the legs consist of a regular height leg plus an extension, probably one of the reasons why the table isn't completely stable.
