AVOID THIS COMPANY - terrible quality, control, and delivery handling. I have had a nightmare experience with this company. I ordered a table on January 19th and, as of April, I still do not have a functional piece of furniture. The first delivery in February arrived with a cracked tabletop. The replacement delivery on March 28th was even worse—the tabletop was cracked straight down the middle again. It is clear the delivery teams do not know how to handle fragile materials. To make matters worse, they forgot to include the hardware to actually build the table. When I tried to return this broken, incomplete mess, customer service told me I had to wait for the hardware to arrive first. Now that the hardware is here, their app is claiming I am ineligible for a return because 30 days have passed. They are essentially using their own shipping delays and damaged products to trap me into a sale. Save yourself the stress and the cracked furniture. Buy elsewhere. 05 stars
