I ordered four of these counter stools (two sets) and had a mixed experience with delivery, but I still wanted to leave a review because the stools themselves are gorgeous. One box arrived missing both hardware packs, and one of the backrests had a large stain on it. Customer service is currently sending replacement parts, so I’m waiting to fully assemble the remaining stools. That said, the two stools I was able to put together are absolutely stunning and completely brought my kitchen vision to life. The design looks high-end, the bouclé upholstery is beautiful, and they’re surprisingly comfortable. A few things to note * Assembly was very easy and took me about 10 minutes per stool. * The instructions were clear and straightforward. * The “wood” portions of the frame are actually metal with a wood-look finish, which I wasn’t expecting. * The frame pieces arrived with a brown residuecoating on them. I highly recommend wiping all pieces down with a Clorox wipe before assembly because the residue can transfer onto the white fabric. * I ended up getting a few fingerprints on the upholstery during assembly, but Folex fabric cleaner removed them immediately. Despite the shipping and quality-control issues with one set, I am obsessed with the final look. If the replacement parts arrive in good condition, these will easily be one of my favorite purchases for my home. They make my kitchen look so elevated and designer-inspired.
