It is a useful item. However, it is not much like the photos on the website, which shows it with a pretty high back This one here has no back beyond the seat, and the notion that you could bend the back into place is laughable. Then there is the rectangular loose piece that is meant to wrap around something...and there is nothing for it to wrap around. My poor photo skills prevent me from sending you a photo, so I hope my description is clear. Could you have sent me the wrong model? Glenda Donoghue
