We obviously love the couch. Wouldn’t have purchased it if we didn’t. Alex the delivery guy and partner were awesome. However, upon the arrival and unwrapping the couch, we notice a small scratch in the leather. No fault of the delivery team. The only issue we have was the two day delay of delivery after the week window it was promised. The weather was great on that Monday and Tuesday, but Wednesday it snowed . Which made the delivery quite more challenging for us the customer, since we had to do quite a job to make the area safe for the delivery guys.
