I just received my item and I am disappointed to so the condition I received it in. All the boxes came damaged and seemed like they were opened and just taped back as if I bought a used item. I was shocked even more when I got into the box to assemble the product. The inside was a mess, parts were open and fell inside the box. The parts came in a package inside the boxes but the package was opened and parts taken and just thrown back in which is why the parts fell everywhere. I also had parts missing. Honestly after paying 1000 for this product I felt disrespected in the condition I received it in as if I bought a 10 used table.

Beautiful and sturdy so far.
