ORDERED THIS CHAIR OCTOBER 15, 2025, AND TODAY AUGUST 21, 2026 ITS STUCK IN THE AIR IN THE LIFT POSITION. THE HEATED AND VIBRATING REMOTE STOPPED WORKING A MONTH AFTER I GOT IT. THE FOOTREST ALSO STOPPED WORKING 3 MONTHS AGO. MOTOR IS FROM CHINA AND NOT ORIGINAL MOTOR. NOT WORTH THE MONEY, BUYER BEWARE.

In need of getting in touch with the manufacturer. Have the recliner 4 months and the seat has to be replaced.

Perfect in every way. Great decision.

This was purchased first a relative who had recently suffered a stroke. It serves two purposes; 1 - to make it easier to get in and out of and 2 - to elevate their legs to help with swelling. It was pretty easy to assemble and so far has worked flawlessly. It's quite comfortable and the price was very reasonable.

This is of very good quality and function for a recliner.
