I had a frustrating experience with FedEx's customer service when I tried to place a vacation hold on a delivery. The website was difficult to navigate, and I needed help speaking to people. After two unsuccessful attempts and an hour later, I finally got the hold, only to have the request canceled. Despite the ordeal, I was relieved to receive the delivery finally. Next, I noticed that the recliner's price had been reduced by $550, but Wayfair claimed they couldn't issue a refund after the order had shipped. We have spent thousands of dollars furnishing a new home. I'm disappointed by their policy, but I will explore other options. Alright, no more complaining! The recliner is ideal for our theater room. It assembles quickly, is sturdy, and comfortable. However, I have some doubts about the leather. It's marketed as Top Grain, but there's a chance it's only Genuine Leather (the lowest quality).
