this item arrived with a bent frame and minus a head rest I called wayfair they offered a 10 percent off coupon and to contact supplier the supplier contacts me says the part is in the furniture and it is not the bent frame I had to have a handiman come over and fix along with a bracket to snap set together.this is a joke im very very upset by lack of customer service dont buy from this manufacture unless you want a huge headache!!!!

So easy to put together! This couch is so comfy and perfect size, totally worth the money! The delivery was smooth, the boxes came a couple of days apart which actually worked for us as we were trying to redo our living room! Boxes were lightweight. I would get this couch in every color if I had the space!
