We did not have a good experience with this purchase. The right side reclining mechanism broke the first day of arrival. After reaching out to Wayfair, there were several e-mails between Wayfair and the manufacturer regarding a resolution. I requested a return refund and received I see that we have the ability to send out a furniture technician to repair your loveseat. They are certified professionals who are trained in restoring your item back to showroom quality. This is often much quicker than a replacement unit or full refund, and their work is 100 guaranteed. We were told a professional would call within 2-4 days. After 3 days of not receiving a call, my husband turned the unit over and had to figure out how to fix it himself. I would be leary of the quality if purchasing.

I took a chance on this one, not only buying it off the internet but all the reviews at the time were from the Partner Program, which means the customer was given the item for free. Luckily, it’s comfortable and seems well-built! I’m very happy with it. It does take some effort to close the recliners but if you stand up first it’s easier. Just kick it back. Worth it for a nice plush pillow top recliner. With drink holders! I paid for the extended delivery service for them to assemble it, but there was nothing to assemble. If you can get them to bring it into your house (first floor) without paying extra, do it. I think they were going to leave it outside and it’s too heavy for one person to carry. Anyway, love it so far! Leather match is a smart compromise. This thing is soft, reclines way back and looks great. Perfect for a home theatre living room.

This is a beautiful double recliner. Although it's well-made it's not nearly as soft as I thought it was going to be. Also we purchased the manual model and the footrest is almost impossible to push back down. You have to get up out of the chair with the footrest up and shove the footrest in as hard as you can. I even looked up online how to do this when it's a problem and it still doesn't work well. Other than that it's a beautiful piece of furniture.

I was hesitant to buy furniture online because I really wanted to be able to sit in it prior to purchase, but with no luck finding any furniture locally, I took the plunge and am so pleased that I did. Sofa and loveseat are comfortable and all mechanisms function properly. Delivery was easy and professional.

Ordered for my father whose very particular about his recliner. He really likes it.
