As advertised, this piece came in multiple boxes. When opening everything up, we had 2 instruction manuals. They were not labeled to indicate that we would need a third (book 1 of 3, book 2 of 3, etc) so we thought we had everything to get the media center built. When we got to the end of the 2nd book, we had not finished the media center and had no more instruction manuals. I immediately sent messages to Wayfair indicating that we didn't have instructions. The link for the assembly instructions next to the product gave an error code and we had a deadline to build the unit. I was promised by Wayfair that they would reach out to the manufacturer and get back to me. I still have yet to hear back (over a week later). Wayfair left us high and dry and thankfully some engineer friends were able to finish the last section. I am most annoyed with the lack of follow-through from Wayfair. The customer service on their end was highly disappointing.
As for the media center itself, the drawers are a bit sticky, but overall it is a pretty piece that will work great for my mother-in-law's house.
