update as of 97 - I still dont have the all items of the bed set delivered. Original order was in July and now its September. I have forgotten how many million times i have reached out over phone and email to number of people. Wayfairs logistics has hell pathetic. they score zero on customer service. No one knows where my missing bed pieces are and promises are never ending.
3 months update - The bed quality is horrible. The frame has started to make noise when we turn in the middle of the night. when i looked below the mattress, i found that there are gaps and slabs missing. And many screws are missing are not fixed. I was not at home when assembly happened. But this poor quality is not expected, in the 1st 3 months when i spent $2700 on the set. Do not buy from wayfair ever. Had terrible experience from ordering to delivery and now with use of the bed.
Well, 3rd time luck i must say. Delivery was cancelled first couple of times on the morning of actual delivery. After repeated follow ups, agent scheduled for another day and no one knows why. strange that wayfair cannot manage logistics and 3rd part providers.
Anyway, this morning, head board was damaged while they delivered mirror, dresser and side tables. Still waiting for new bed to come in. Overall looks fine, wish quality would be much better, I can see gaps and mis-aligned pieces.
