Couldn't wait for it to arrive. Delivery was sort if iffy, delivery person left this heavy box at the bottom of a four step deck and did not knock out notify me of the delivery. I'm a senior. Otherwise the product alone is wonderful and easy to assemble. I must say that I ordered the Red color and found it not so red compared to your photo, it is more one shade under red. Comfort is good, mechanics is easy and good. I am satisfied and very happy. Thank you Wayfair.

So annoyed! We purchased a set of 5 chairs 2yrs ago and loved them. So much that we ordered 2 more. Unfortunately, one chair was defective. So we reached out to Wayfair and the only option is to buy a box, repackage the chair and return it or accept 20% off. We dont have the means to get the chair to a return facility nor the desire to putchase a huge box and 20% is laughable sent the defective part is the bent base of the chair which affects the mechanism. Not to mention the possible liability if the chair has more damage from out return attempt. We asked for either a full refund or pick up and delivery of a brand new chair. Frustratingly, the email communication is giving AI. No real solution just a merry go round of unsuccessful emails with the "Resolutions" department. So disappointed!
