Fauteuil inclinable mural Gennette Zero

This chair broke a few days after receiving it, when it had only been in use a very short amount of time. The bar (under neight) of the right hand side of the chair that reclines it is significantly bent. It leans to the right, it also hardly goes up into the recline position, and when trying to put it back into sitting position it's like an act of congress to get it to close, like it is hitting on something underneath. Tried contacting customer service but have yet to hear back.

Loving this recliner. It’s big and comfy and being a man of bigger statue it fits so well and feels amazing.

I wanted a "rocking recliner" ( one with lever) for my old knees. My last on line purchased recliner was tiny. This is huge and very firm brand new leading me to hope it is well made and will last.
