The chair was very uncomfortable and the foot rest wouldn’t hold the weight of my feet.

This chair arrived undamaged and was packaged neatly and efficiently. The instructions were self explanatory. I love that it had a gracious plenty of labeled, extra bolts. Also, it came with a larger than usual allen wrench. Assembly took about 45 minutes total. As for the chair itself, I have been using it for a couple of weeks in the office. I haven’t used the underneath lounger slide out leg rest at all. The vibrating pillow helps for lumbar support, however the vibrating “massage” function I don’t really car for. It makes me sick more so than massaging. The chair itself is fairly comfortable, but I can tell that the seat foam is already starting to compress after just a few weeks, so I’m not sure how long it is going to hold up. I wish the material was a leather or vinyl, rather than a fabric. Coffeesoda spills are inevitable, and I’m not sure how easy the fabric will be to clean. As far as size, this chair is highly adjustable in height, arm height and width, and recline modes. Non issues there. It rolls easily as well. I would say it is larger than a typical office chair, definitely larger than the one it replaced. Overall value is pretty good.

Finding an office chair for my husband that is sturdy and built to last is always a challenge as he is very tall (66). This chair is perfect and is sturdy. He has said that its extremely comfortable. The back massage is an added bonus.
