The bed was just finished so I cannot say much for ongoing wear and tear. The instructions incredibly difficult to follow at times and the instruction book was so tiny. One step is about 10 steps on most pages which made it hard to see where things went because some holes aren’t predrilled Or marked. The slats holding the mattress are cheap and I reinforced with ones I had. The drawer holes were predrilled in the wrong spot. It seems sturdy but man, this took numerous hours over two nights. All of the parts were there, nothing missing. The plug works. It’s a nice bed but was a pain to put together.
