I love wayfair. Arrives pretty fast. Easy to build. Even returning items is made very easy for us and very quick.

Instructions were inaccurate - there were missing screws - type C screw in the hardware list said there were 3 total (which was true) but then the instructions asked for C screws to be used 5 times. Unfortunately had to use shorter screws which makes the bed less sturdy. Pretty layout, but severely overpriced for the quality.

This was not so easy to build but with patience and persistence it cane together. The kids will love it for sleepovers!

The front of the drawer came off a few months after assembly. The trundle bed seems flimsy. Time will tell but it has already started coming apart.
