Love it! The bed is a little lower than I expected but I still love the look.

Received the wrong item. I opened a small corner and could tell it was the wrong item. I contacted them about a return or exchange . Then they made me open the package entirely to take pictures of the wrong item for proof. I did that. It was clearly the wrong item so they approved an exchange and said they will send the correct item and they asked me to re-package the wrong item and carry it somewhere to be mailed back or I would get charged again. I told them I couldn’t re-package it because they made me open the package to take pictures. Then they told me to go somewhere to get boxes to re-package the item and drop it off or I would get charged for the item twice. This is not ok. How am I supposed to do all this. I was given more work to do in order for them to rectify their error. I explained all this. They said they will have their Senior return team reach out to me in a few business days to see if they can rectify this error. I’m hoping they do better. Terrible

Assembled the bed, it said it had a 1000lb weight capacity. It broke while rolling over in my sleep. I weigh 225. I do not recommend.

The bed is beautiful, sturdy and very elegant for the price, my daughter loves it. It was delivered fast, thank you I’ll recommend this to my family.

Beautiful Bed! I did have an issue with the bed, missing bracket, but was corrected immediately. Love the customer service.
