The materials seemed a little flimsy but once it was all assembled it was very sturdy. The size and storage were exactly what we needed for our space. I wish I could take off half a star because there were no caps to cover the screw heads, which looks a little cheap... but, in all fairness, you could see this issue in the item listing so it was not a surprise. Assembly took my daughter and I two days, but she loves it.

Shipping arrived over three days, with boxes slightly compromised but product intact. Assembly was lengthy (about 8 hours with two people) and rated 7.5 in difficulty. Hardware was poorly labeled, scattered across boxes, and instructions were vague, missing tool requirements and clear diagrams. Slat installation was especially frustrating due to lack of gap measurements or pre-drilled holes. All three boxes had to be unpacked and sorted before progressing. While the materials are solid and the final design sturdy, the finish is inconsistent and the DIY effort required is high. Pricing should better reflect the complexity of assembly.
